XIX century
It all started with an old mill. The 19th-century building, listed in the Krokowa commune heritage register, stood on the Struga Bychowska for over a hundred years before becoming what it is today.
Four suspended terraces overlooking the river, the sound of water, the scent of the forest. Polish and Kashubian cuisine from local ingredients - no additives, no compromises.
